Breathpod is one of the UK’s leading breathwork companies, known for merging music, community, and deep expertise in the wellness space.

THE BRIEF

When Breathpod was ready to launch their app and grow their public presence, they brought WellWell on as their Fractional Marketing Director. We were hired to lead a 6-month rebrand and marketing transformation—including positioning, strategy, storytelling, and digital infrastructure.

OUR APPROACH

We joined as the third member of the Breathpod team and deeply immersed ourselves in the mission: to create a digital sanctuary for breathwork that felt both clinically sound and emotionally resonant. We joined the live sessions, took part in the retreat, and read the book—we were all in.

For the rebrand, we liaised with a design agency, collaborated with a graphic designer, and art directed with the photographer; all of whom contributed to the final look and feel of the brand.

We then crafted an intuitive content system for the app and a marketing roadmap that positioned Breathpod as both a tool for transformation and a trusted guide for everyday well-being. With a limited in-house team and ambitious vision, we acted as a strategic partner, seamlessly supporting launch—from product to digital presence.

THE CHALLENGE

Despite having an influential founder, a devoted community and an exciting app on the horizon—the brand needed an internal system, visual cohesion, and growth plan. Our task was to further flourish a scalable, digital experience on the web and app—without losing emotional depth or brand clarity.
